Pain by definition - physical suffering or discomfort caused by illness or injury; mental suffering or distress; Hebrew meaning - suffering, pain, hardship


The MOST important thing about feelings, we should NEVER IGNORE OR DOWNPLAY them! The feeling is a reaction to how you feel when you smelt something, what you saw, what you heard, and what you said to someone else. So your five senses are present so that we can respond correctly to things that take place. So why when it comes to pain, everyone thinks that the way to handle those feelings is by encouraging others to “STAY STRONG” “don’t let them know you’re hurting“?

  1. When someone opens up fully to the wrong person and get hurt, their coping mechanism is to APPEAR STRONG

  2. Stay strong so that you won’t get hurt again AKA block your natural giving senses and block out Jesus and live in solitude forever! It’s safe there - A LIE

  3. You’ve now become master over your feelings so you decide when and who will see them but still living behind a mask, of pain that will pour out on others and hurt those you truly love!

  4. You have allowed what is normal (to feel) become abnormal! Pain not being addressed and faced leads to mental distress, physical suffering, and hardship! Which then will cause depression, fear, confusion, and anxiety! We know that those are not the fruit of the Holy Spirit!

Let’s heal Destiny-Vilians! We are unpacking before we hop in the car and head home!
